Preliminary design meet

Starts with a phone call
To discuss your project, and for you to know more about Shapecon Enterprises.

First site visit
We will schedule an on-site consultation to gather the informations of the project, assess your requirement, and determine the project’s scope, budget, and timing.

Tune up
Questions regarding the specific functions and requirement of the space, who will be using the space and their personal taste, furniture and equipment requirements will be discussed.

Primary design & estimate
After the discussion, our design team will create a design proposal to figure out the scope of your project and the initial estimate.
Landmark - 10%
Once you are happy with the preliminary designs and estimate, pay 10% to begin the detail design phase.
Stage 2
Landing on the final designs stage

Landing on the final designs stage
We will schedule a Design Presentation where we share concept boards, schematic designs, and a final budget for all components of the project. After receiving your feedback, we will make any necessary changes.

Selecting materials and finishes
After selecting materials and finishes like colors, laminate, veneer, fabrics, tiles etc. Final design given to client for review and approval or further changes.

Design documentation
Complete documentation includes finish selections such as flooring and paint, lighting plans and fixture selection, plumbing location and fixture selection, and electrical layouts in regard to the total scope of work to be completed.
Landmark - 40%
Approval of final designs, timeline and budget, pay 30% to start the project execution.
Stage 3
Project confirmation

Contract signing
The final contract deed enlisting the detailed scope of work, terms and conditions, execution timeline and final estimate will be signed and handed over.

Work order
Collect work order from client to start execution.

Execution work start
All civil work, false-ceilings(if any) and wall tiling/flooring will be executed first. A dedicated project coordinator will get in touch with you at regular intervals regarding site progress.
Landmark - 90%
Pay 50% of total contract value in two installments of 25% each as per execution stage.
Stage 4
Project execution

Supervised execution
We will closely supervise the work progress with our site staff and contractor to ensure the project timeline and quality.

Furnishing and accessories
Following construction, we will coordinate the delivery and installation of your furnishing and accessories. We will continue to communicate with you regularly (weekly or more) to address any of your concerns.
Landmark - 100%
On-site execution is almost over by now. Pay 10% to complete payment before handover.
Stage 5
Handover the project
01
Final touches
Before handing over the site we make sure that everything is in perfect order. Final touches and accessories like paintings, sculptures, etc. are installed and a final thorough cleaning is done.
